Marcia Brownlee is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate with a background in counseling, education, and organizational leadership. She has spent almost 30 years working to support individuals, teams, and communities as they navigate growth and change.

Marcia’s work is guided by her values of connection, courage, awareness, and authenticity. Before becoming a counselor, she worked in education and leadership roles, supporting people in their personal and professional development. Her background includes working with adults and older teens (16+) across a variety of mental health and wellness concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. Marcia's background in education places her in a unique position to understand the challenges that most educators face: balancing their love of teaching and spending time with young people with the sometimes intense demands placed on educators. She truly understands the balancing act of managing professional values with real life challenges.
