“I work from an anti-racist, feminist and trauma informed framework that feels intuitive with my personal values. I aim to imbue evidence-based practice with humility and humor. In the therapy space, my work is to practice attuning to, and honoring each individual experience. My hope is that if I can show up authentically and openly with my clients, I can empower them to do the same, in and out of session. Ultimately, I want to create a safe and trusting space conducive to growth and healing.”
